NEWS: |
|
January
21st, 2008 -
Howdy folks…here’s an update on Seizure Crypt. We have been furiously rehearsing for the last five weekends
to finish up a last tune for the third CD. This Saturday (26) we advance to Don Fury’s to start recording.
No title as of yet. There will be nine tunes on this CD. Also this will be the first CD with Bro Town on it.
And two Bro tunes also!
Other news-Our new web page will be up approximately the second week of February.
Same address. New page. Our old pages will be cataloged within the new page so you all
on this water ball rock can see what we(Seizure Crypt) have accomplished as a working,
professional band.
Included here is a video clip from SOS rehearsal studios. The annoying noise that keeps
pounding is the Click Track. Also the guitars are kinda low volume.
You will still get the groove, though. See you all at Bar131 on February 22nd for Tommy’s birthday!!!
Glad to know you,
d. |

He gets MAD if you are not 1000% ready to
record. The scheduled dates are January 26th,

Cyclone Sound. Meet the CLICK TRACK, Bro
Town! 208. No Room. |

December
15th, 2007 -
WE’LL HAVE TO HAVE A RE-COUNT!!! The voting
was smashing. Smashing the podium, that is.
For our last performance of 2007 we headed
up a Seizure Crypt election year campaign.
Tommy’s platform was being that if he were
elected president, all ages shows would be
mandatory. Mike’s election promises were
free marijuana for all and mandatory weed
smoking. All this was spewed forth in true
political form from the podium/ballot box.
You could have cast your ballot for one
candidate or the other - or NEITHER! *There
should be a reset election - if none of the
candidates are proper then scratch the vote
and reset all new candidates.
(Unfortunately, this would probably be a
never ending cycle.) THANK YOU TO ANDREW (Yo!
Scunt) FOR A TIGHT, HIGH, and HIGH ENERGY
SET! With only TWO rehearsals!!!
Fuck’n’ grrrrrrreat! Thanks to Yo! Scunt for
lending us your Andrew. In the future we may
or may not lend you our Tommy. Thank you to
Joe Bateman and 131 for allowing this
MADNESS to ensue in the back room! …AND TO EVERYONE WHO CAME OUT, CAME DOWN,
SUPPORTED THE SCENE, RAN THE BBQ AT VARIOUS
SHOWS, ALL THE BANDS WHO PERFORMED, ALL THE
BAR AND CLUB OWNERS WHO SUPPORTED...
*THE CRYPT BOWS TO YOU. SEE YOU IN MARCH
’08!

either Tom or Mike, both candidates promise
you the world, but in the end you know you

up to the podium and cast your ballot at the
last Seizure Crypt performance of 2007!!!
And of course... free stuff!!! See you
there, -d.

November
24th, 2007
- Well now, the “Bring
Your Shit Tour” is almost done, three more
shows to play… Last night at Otto’s Shrunken
Head (in downtown NYC) we performed with our
peers once again - the lineup was actually
with Straphangers, Vermefug, What Doesn’t
Kill Me, Voice or No Voice, and The Bronx is
Burning. Opening up were The Bronx Is
Burning with a new (?) sound. Less
disorganization, more melody and a lot
slower tempo on most tunes. Second was Voice
or No Voice. Definitely dinosaurs like me.
Priest influence all over the place even
though they are a punk (?) band. Following
Voice was What Doesn’t Kill Me. Fuckin’
SMASHING!!! Man, these guys came in here
with a ferocious set of music - Suzuki
turned red, Bobby broke the house kit. Over
all these guys take the show. Now - Seizure
Crypt… Mike stepping in from outer space and
Tom strolling around in his “smoking”
jacket. Chaos. Fun. Following the afore
mentioned clowns are Vermefug. Thrash metal
maniacs. I thought the bass player might be
the son of Thin Lizzy(1982?)! These guys
DESTROYED Otto’s. Smashed all the tables and
beers, made the doorman cry, made the bar
back bitch, and I laughed. We all laughed.
Bar back says - “YOU CAN’T GO OUT THERE!” -
Tom says - “We aren’t out there”. Bar back
says - “THE ALARM WILL SOUND!” Tom says -
“It doesn’t work”. Bar back clears all the
beers on our table, and then begrudgingly
goes to smoke a cigarette outside. I
laughed. We all laughed. Tommy shrugs. Last,
but FAR from least - Straphangers. With
their new (?) drummer a much more driving
delivery on their music… Short set due to
bitch asses. One more was called for, but
denied by Otto’s. Thanks. Your back door
DOESN’T WORK. FUCKIN’ FIX IT. I SHIT ON NYC.
– carry on, d. THANK YOU ANDREA FOR
THE LIFT HOME>>>>>>>>>>>>> |

November
17th, 2007
-
Bar 131 last night… packed for 131, arrived
at the first band - I Eat Planets. Nice drum
kit. Next, I loaded in with the help of
Seizure Crypt; set up and performed right
away. Intense set, tight as hell, great
volume and balance - considering we haven’t
had steady rehearsals as of late due to
birth. Tom the turkey was on hand and
running from Mike the hungry pilgrim. After
the set, being the drummer, I had to clean
up, pack up, and move the double parked
Behemoth (station wagon). Next up - South
Side Panic. Guitars; wide; heavy… then -
Bustin’ Chops. So answer me this… who
exactly is in this band? What is the
official line up? Lastly - Cristalix.
Hopefully we can all learn to spell. Thank
you to Joe Bateman and 131. Always a good
time. Hope to perform for all the good
people, turn their heads, till next weekend
at Otto’s in NYC. Later, d.

October
13th, 2007 -
Impromptu show in Brooklyn, N.Y.!!! Seizure
Crypt jumped on the bill at the last minute
on this one… Also performed at the Wreck
Room - What Doesn’t Kill Me (Long Island),
Super Thrill Temple (in from England), and
Razorblade Handgranade (from New
Jersey). Thank you Ted and Blake (from Olde
York) for booking us! Thank you to the Wreck
Room for havin’ us! W.D.K.M. raged through
six songs in this little back room of the
Wreck Room; the blokes from England - Super
Thrill Temple - were as Trance Sabbath and
Black Floyd as you could go, super
groove. The drummer was the vocalist.
Rounding up the evening were Razorblade
Handgranade- tight, solid delivery on their
set. Three last songs. Bravo! Encore! The
crowd wasn’t letting them stop. Chants of
“one more” until the band said GO HOME! |

October 8th,
2007 -
VFW HALL - WHAT LIES UNDRGROUND 3… Saturday
October 6th in the year of 2007 Shit Loving
Angels open up underground three early in
the ninety-five degree afternoon. Next we
are scammed(?)(NO! not us.) by the East
Coast Scammers and then grated by the Ray
Gradys. Landing fourth at VFW - Landing
Project. I was out tryin’ ta park at this
time, but I think it was Reclaim the Crown
next. I arrived right as Blood Beat
were starting up. You can really see the
years of performing music come out when
these guys play. (Ex-Born) In from outer
space and newly arrived from cat lady’s
house Seizure Crypt converged for an 11
minute set. Playing the newly
notorious “Cat Lady” song. Meow. Lost and No
One Knows, Yo! Scunt and South Side Panic
performed tight, in your face sets of music,
three quick, fifteen minute blasts -and
then- slow motion. All the Heathers are
Dying. To save us from this eternal set-up
time and musical set that would not end was
a set of white stockings and blue
shorts. Clever song writing and dynamics,
though. Just SLOW. Now the show is an hour
behind and Bustin’ Chops busted it up
good. Like getting’ yer choppers busted,
y’no? Wrapping up What Lies Underground #3
is Dead On A Friday, who may have been dead
on a Saturday… Thank you to all who
participated this day… pictures in a week
(film). Special thanks to Harry for manning
the merch stand!

October 2nd,
2007 - EXTRA!
EXTRA! Read all about it! Seizure Crypt
stomps the Village Pub of Lindenhurst... On
September 28th Yo Scunt!, What Doesn't Kill
Me, Obnoxious Gas, and The Straphangers
invaded the quiet town of Lindenhurst, L.I.,
blasting the Village Pub of Lindenhurst to
pieces. How do the neighbors tolerate this?
I don't care. I don't give a fuck. Fuck
them. Thanks to T.C. Kross for havin' us.
Until we commiserate with the neighbors
again...

September 22nd, 2007
- Yea, The Point Bar in
College Point- a great room with great sound… This
evening was HAPPENING (!!!) with a line-up of GREAT
BANDS. The first band, OLDE YORK brought it back to
the new hardcore reality with a high energy set of
music. DON’T EVER COUNT THEM OUT!!! Now who the hell
was the twisting guy with ipod headphones in his
ears asking if the show was over??? He resembled one
of us dinosaurs as we may have been back in HIGH
school. Did anyone observe him screaming into a
non-working and then eventually unplugged microphone
throughout the Seizure Crypt set? We had been to
school before (see last news post)… but weis still
stoopit. Tom donned a green graduation gown and cap,
Mike sat at a 1st grade public school desk, audience
members took turns death riding on a fisher price
lil’ green wagon. Mike and Tom bumped heads
literally-then AWAAAAAA!!! (all the while a
screaming HIGH school kid at the non-working mic)
…big crybabies… and thanks to Bobby (W.D.K.M.) for
dealing with a decrepit cymbal stand! (that stand
since has been taken out to the yard to be shot)
Thirdly, Voice Or No Voice with their infectious
bass guitar and raging front man destroyed with an
almost Judas Priest (esque) guitar groove. I DON’T
LIKE MAN HUGS!!! I’m looking forward to the newly
recorded tunes guys!!! Now Yo! Scunt comes on… This
is where I have to be the equipment guy and load and
transport equipment, change automobiles, and almost
miss two bands. Also performed-Caught In A Trap; I
got back in time to catch the final song…and then
the ULTRA LOUD Reason Enough…this band played so
loud they could be heard two blocks away over a car
motor and car stereo. This show had a GRRRRRREAT
turn-out. Thanks everyone!!! Photos of the Madness
comin’ soon… -d.

September
15th, 2007 - Hey
folks, Bar131 rockin' on Skull Fracture
Friday. Line up was BloodBeat, Seizure
Crypt, and South Side Panic. BloodBeat as
always bloody tight, and LOUD. Seizure Crypt
unveiled the new "Hello, My Name Is…Madness"
T-shirts and then went back to school 'cause
weis stoopit! South Side Panic with their 17
guitars sounded wide. Thick sound on the
geet-tars, people. Nice. 'Till next
Friday... |

August 26th,
2007 -
The Point Bar in College Point, four million
degrees inside, 90 degrees outside. What a
great space in the rear of the bar! Nice
side door to the yard. That's where the UFO
BBQ was ever so slowly cooking two burgers.
My mouth was watering and my stomach
rumbling. Then I was told the two burgers
were occupado. So I went to Steve's Diner
and got eggs. I guess there was some kinda
snafu 'cause we set up in less than ten
minutes (more like seven), played three
songs and then were told three minutes. So
we played one last tune. Wha happen?
Yo!Scunt sounded really good. At this point
I had equipment responsibility, loaded up,
and headed home. New Jersey-vs-East
Rutherford on pre-season tonight. Photos to
follow... (FILM). Happy Birthday 6 Pack John
and Timma!

August 25th,
2007 -
Seizure Crypt performed last night at the
Means 4 War Records BBQ Fest 2007 in the
basement of The Mean Fiddler. Mike SOS drove
all the way in to Manhattan dressed in his
space suit, helmet on and visor down. His
wisdom… ”I have to get ready”. The first
band never made it, so Seizure Crypt went on
first. This was a death metal bill and we
were the only non death metal band
performing. Thanks to Geo for the stage slot
and the offering of hot dogs (I politely
declined). I have to say in 21 years of
playin’ shows I have NEVER used a house kit
that had virgin, un-stretched heads. NOT A
ONE STICK HIT MARK ON ‘EM! I had to tune
them up and stretch them out. Fuckn A
right!!! This I like… MUSICAL INSTRUMENT
UPKEEP. The drum kit sounded GRRRRRREAT!
Thanks Geo! Pics and a video clip comin’ in
a minute.……………d./S.C.

August 11th,
2007 - Bar 131 on
a Friday night is always a good time,
especially when it’s a Skull Fracture
Friday! This night featured the following
line-up; Dealin’ With It, Seizure Crypt,
Blood Beat, Dead On A Friday, and Frantic
Zero. All bands got to perform in the back
room under the new Bar 131 banner, thanks to
Joe Bateman (one of the owners of Bar 131),
thank you Joe. The banner is made of heavy
laminate and is fire colored with a warrior
atop a war horse all decked out with girl,
severed heads and impaled bodies. And of
course the Bar 131 logo and the words “SKULL
FRACTURE FRIDAY” clearly visible printed
boldly across the top.
Dealin’ with it opened the show and rather
quickly drew the bar crowd into the back
room for entertainment. They had a single
mosh madman rollin’ around, goin’ crazy
their whole set. I’m a dumb ass for NOT
BRINGING MY SNARE DRUM and Blood Beat were
gonna lend theirs, but I opted to send Mike
SOS back to SOS Studios to retrieve a snare
drum. Thank you Blood Beat, anyway. Seizure
Crypt were at the beach for “Thankless” and
then Tom (The Madness) donned the cat blazer
for “Crazy Cat Lady” and the beach balls
were flying. Blood Beat brings a very HARD
sound into Bar 131 and with the mad butcher
lead singer, broken hand bassist and new
(old) drummer(?) they performed tightly,
dynamically, bringing the crowd into their
set and even had Tommy on back up vox for a
chorus. I did not get back in time for the
last two bands (equipment / drummer /
behemoth / unloading). Seizure Crypt thank
you, we will never let up - hope it annoys
you. |

July 28th,
2007
- Last night at Bar 131 ALWAYS A BLAST!!!
Great line-up with (and again the bill
wasn’t what it was originally booked as) Yo!
Scunt, Seizure Crypt, Bustin’ Chops, Shit
Loving Angels, and Landing Project. Yo!
Scunt was right on with their new (?), or is
it temp (?) guitarist. And the drums are
TIGHT! TIMMAA!!! Next on were Seizure Crypt
and whadda ya know? A piñata was brought
forth to be SMASHED! And it did smash. What
did it contain? Here’s a list of the
“goodies” that were inside… rubber spiders,
paddle noise makers, chocolate race cars,
Sponge Bob and friends chocolate coins, mini
raisin boxes, EZ-wider papers, packs of
chocolate chip cookies, book matches,
baseball and football cards (Rickey
Henderson 1985), self inflating whoopee
cushions, plastic eyeballs that roll around,
tootsie roll midgees, glow in the dark
aliens, butter fingers, Seizure Crypt
stickers, sweet tarts, cat figurines, super
tootsie roll pops, Hershey mini bars, packs
of honey roasted peanuts, SOS (the band)
CD's, Seizure Crypt CD's, porno magazines,
and porno DVD's. The damn thing was so
tightly stuffed it almost didn’t break! The
Madness Himself finished the job with a few
good whacks of the mallet. Seizure Crypt
also unveiled a new song entitled “Cat
Lady”. Which is accompanied by a “cat
blazer”. A suit jacket with Velcro patches
in which stuffed animal cats were velcroed
on. The song is about cat ladies. You know
the one down the block with the shades down
all day??? Urine smell? Any way, the new CD
available from Seizure Crypt (Hello, My Name
Is.. Madness) was given out for free to all.
Third to perform was Bustin Chops. Heavy,
man, heavy. New drummer guys? Hardware.
Upkeep. Check. Then test. Then Pack. No
problem. No ask Doug. Thank. Next, Shit
Loving Angels. Tight set. Great name. And
lastly- Landing Project. All in all a great
time at Skull Fracture Friday at BAR 131.
Enjoy the music and enjoy the Madness.
Photos comin’ in a few days. (Film) -d.

July 27th,
2007 - Played in
NYC on the 26th of this month at Otto’s
Shrunken Head. It’s located on 14th @ Ave.B.
The line-up was Landing Project, Seizure
Crypt, Born, and Olde York. Look at the
flyer and you will see how fast things
change around. Two bands cancelled and one
changed their name and cast. Otto’s is
decorated like evil islander style with palm
trees and glowing tiki type heads on either
side of the “stage”. Just tall enough (5”)
to break an ankle. Just enough space to fit
the amps. Great sound, though. And of course
ALL THE BANDS ROCKED. We will do it again. |
|
|
|
July 13th,
2007 - The Village
Pub of Lindenhurst - An almost disaster, one
band canceling and another never showing up,
a last minute fill in by What Doesn’t Kill
Me, and too many chiefs and not a one
Indian. Also The Sleeping Revolt from
Northern New Jersey performed. Not a
hardcore band or even a hard band. Most
enjoyable Doors cover tune of Five to One.
Still all sticky with filth, Ren, I say a
power house set from yours truly (Seizure
Crypt) and a power house set from What
Doesn’t Kill Me. Always a blast fellas!!!
This gig was originally booked by Merideth
and Gee. Running the bands was TC and
showing face for Merideth and Gee was
Bielzebub (Jenny). Working the door was
John. Left foot, right foot, left foot,
right foot, -d. S.C.

June 28th,
2007 - Bishop and
I (northdrummerofseizurecrypt) took the
fractured Gibson SG Gothic to NYC's
Peekamoose repair shop. The guitar is not
carved of one single piece, instead it is
many pieces of joined wood. Which is as good
as one solid piece. Any break or crack in
the wood leaves the choice of expensive
repair or new guitar purchase. Bishop is
still green. |
|
|
June 27th,
2007 - First
off-Bishop’s Gibson SG Gothic series guitar
is going to see a specialist about its
fractured neck. Secondly, Seizure Crypt was
on T.V. last night!!! We booked to play a
show called “Filthy Rich” which airs
Tuesdays @ 8PM for one hour-LIVE! (QTV by
Time/Warner Cable of Queens County). No
pre-taping or editing at all. A countdown
and ON. We weren’t the only guests of Filthy
Rich this night. Also performing were a
group of dancer/singer girls (Bella
Seduccion). There was also a crooning
Spaniard, although I don’t remember his
name. And a rap group (Team Assassin). All
this with Filthy Rich MC-ing while wearing
his grandma’s bloomers over his clothes. The
highlight of the show was when Seizure Crypt
was asked to do “one more” and we asked
Bella Seduccion to come up on the stage in
support and shake around all their girl
parts. Tom had a Seizure Crypt cape and was
flying around while Mike made his bed on the
sofa with another Seizure Crypt Banner. Yes,
Ecuadorian girls in blue satin miniskirts go
well with the Seizure Crypt. We had a
BLAST!!! Thanks for being Filthy.

June 25th,
2007 - Well, all
you people apparently HAVE raged. And it’s
all good, ‘cause the Skull Fracture Friday
show was KA-BAM! Unfortunately, sometime
during the evening,
Bishop’s Gibson SG
was trampled upon. The guitar was smashed
beyond repair. You see, the guitar is
constructed of ONE continuous, solid piece
of wood from top to bottom, inlaid with the
fret board. Once this wooden body is cracked
or broken anywhere along its length, the
whole guitar is done for. You get a new
piece of wood and bolt everything on to it.
An unfortunate circumstance for Seizure
Crypt, indeed. I say for Seizure Crypt
because at our show tonight is where the
smashed guitar was discovered. After the 131
show on Friday night, we loaded up The
Behemoth (station wagon) and left College
Point. We went to Whitestone to drop some
equipment, then off to the Bronx to drop
Bishop. He never opened his gee-tar case!
Otto’s Shrunken Head, an eclectic stage on
Sundays to see all kinds of acts-8:15
PM-Bishop unzips his gee-tar bag
and…fractured guitar neck!
The Straphangers
saved our set!! They lent us a guitar on the
spot. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
 |
|
|
|
June 24th,
2007 - Hell fuck
yea!!! What a raging show at BAR 131 Friday
night!!! Thank you to all the bands-EVERY
band killed!!! Voice or No Voice assaulted
the sparse crowd and dealt with a crappy
microphone wire. These guys are TIGHT.
Next up-Seizure Crypt. Donning sombreros and
mustaches, we blasted your fuckn heads. I
enjoyed, we enjoyed, you reacted. Free
sombreros. Following that noise was Blackout
Shoppers. One word-BRASH. Next come Olde
York. Somehow these guys are always a crowd
favorite, drawing all the drunks from the
bar, all the stoners from the yard, and even
local College Point derelicts from down the
block to enjoy their music and RAGE OUT!!!
YO!YO!YO! That’s Yo! Scunt to you, blert
bag. High energy set and high. Loud and
smashing. Performing crowd favorite “Cummy
Tummy”. In the clean up slot-Distraction.
These guys played to a DRUNKEN crowd, gave
it their all, and at 3 AM told everyone to
go home and NO ONE LEFT! BAR 131 was jumpin’
till 4AM!
…off to NYC Sunday to “try out” for a gig
slot. I hope we pass the audition!!! Rage,
people.

June 17th,
2007 - What Lies
Underground 2, a Bad Elephant Production.
A great time was had at the V.F.W. hall in
College Point yesterday. Thank you to all
the bands and everyone else that came down
to check the status. So you missed the
pillow fight two shows ago? This time if you
didn’t go you missed the HIPPITY HOP PARTY!
Thirteen hippity hops unleashed upon the
people. This almost caused the destruction
of the interior to the V.F.W. hall. Everyone
was attackin’ each other, hoppin’ around and
just all out berzerking. Noah (Ted’s son,
Ted of OLDE YORK) was non-stop moshin’ it up
for the entire Olde York set straight

the bill, also performed. See you all (who

June 4th,
2007 - Man, what a
crazy performance. June 1st @ The
Wreck Room. The opening band was only 17
years old!!! Brings back memories of the
eighties. The Lucky Fucks are who I’m
talkin’ about. These guys came out and
played a tight, high energy set for a very
un-crowd. I saw it though, and like I said,
memories from the eighties. The Lucky Fucks
did a Bad Brains cover tune “The Big
Takeover”. Even with-out a snare drum!
Seizure Crypt trades slots and takes the
stage next as to give The Malos Noches time
for their home town crew to arrive. With the
lights off ‘cept for a spot light on the
S.C. banner, and we donned miner’s helmets
to light the room, Seizure Crypt performed
well, although the PA system was
SCREAMIN’(!) throughout the set!!! The
Brooklyn crowd was little to none
responsive. Next up-The Malos Noches-with a
heavy weight front man and a heavy weight
intro, The Malos Noches called the WHOLE
crowd that was present into the performance,
and they ROCKED. Just ask the pink haired
girl. At this point, I had equipment to deal
with (I am the drummer) and made a hasty
exit. The other bands that were booked on
this bill were Step 2 Far, Voice or No
Voice, and Memories Past. SEE YOU ALL AT THE
V.F.W. ON JUNE 16th!!! The Ivy League from
North Carolina also performed, a late
addition to the line up. |

- Skull Fracture Friday, May 18th
@ Bar 131 - Great night, and a late night.
First band up-blackout, second band up-blown
PA head, next couple of bands-chaos, total
chaos. Broken equipment, sets running over
time by 40 minutes, all in all a fun as hell
show. Thank you to Coalescent for taking the
ride from West Virginia to be a part of this
night. A huge THANK YOU to all the bands
that dealt with the chaos to perform their
sets; Yo! Scunt, The Blame, Reason Enough,
Coalescent, Buckshot Facelift, What Doesn’t
Kill Me, and Straphangers. We will do it
again and again!!! If you missed the PILLOW
FIGHT, too bad.

April 28th, 2007
- We played Bar 131 last night
with Yo!Scunt, 4 In The Chamber, Below The Heavens,
and Demized. It was a great show with a packed
house. We handed out flyers promoting a stunt we
were doing before our set, get this, Bishop in a
referee shirt, with Tom and Mike donned in full
fight gear, being announced as the Tornado vs. The
Hurricane, it was another crazed chapter in the
Seizure Crypt experience. We opened with "Here In
The Problem Lies", and played it Heroin slow before
we ripped into 6 quickies and called it a day. Doug
unveiled a new light on his drum, which was debuted
during "Eulogy". Great fun, been seeing lots of new
faces at the shows, as well as the ones who have
been coming all along, and for that we couldn't
thank you enough!!!

April 22nd, 2007
- Lots of bedlam last night as
we played Barney Mcnabbs in Yonkers w/ Dealing With
It, Reclaim The Crown, Shell Shock, Offensive Weapon
and Domination. We were true to form as Mike SOS
started the show as balloon boy giving mylars out to
the puzzled crowd, as well as the debut of a new
song "In This Day". Douglas sampled his new drum ark
to keep his gear in place and worked it like a champ
as he hammered through the set with the grace of
bulldozer (those that have seen Doug play know
that's a compliment). Great room, the crowd supports
and couldn't ask for a better sound. Mikes violence
spread now to Bishop with his trademark headlock, as
The Madness decided to pick a fight with the pile of
balloons and lost horribly. Bro-Town laid down
another stellar performance on the bottom end, and
after just 3 shows has really has anchored the line
up. Throw in some body tackles, psychotic ranting,
and an overall sense of mayhem, and you have a
typical (or not so) Seizure Crypt show. Thank you to
our friends in Dealing With It for getting us the
show, you all rule!

April 6th, 2007
- We played what is slowly becoming home base for
us, Bar 131 with Bustin Chops, Dealing With It,
Memories Past, and Verismo. The place was packed,
the crowd was great, there was police tape and paper
towels everywhere, Mike and Tom donned as ambulance
patients and full chaos abound. We debuted "Fight to
Kill", the crowd was digging it and yes Tom nearly
collapsed, Mike attacked everyone, Brian turned into
Bro-Town, Doug fended off Mike's attacks and Bishop
directed the circus. Thanks to Angry Pit Promotions
for coming down and checking out the bands, and all
of you that checked it out, like we always say, you
all rule!!

April 2nd, 2007
- We played our first show
with our new bassist Brian on Saturday, at the
College Point VFW here in Queens, with some of our
underground counterparts in Caught In A Trap,
Yo!Scunt, Blackout Shoppers, Southside Panic, Bustin
Chops, No Place To Piss, and Straphangers.
An all
ages affair where the crowd flipped, kicked and
circle pitted to the mayhem, the bands were great,
the crowd was great, and we hope to keep setting up
more shows there. Thank you to all who came down and
supported, and the bands for kicking ass!!! Thanks
to Jay of Caught In A Trap for playing kettle drum
on The Great Defector!
