08/05/2010 - How do, all? Just been busy writing and rehearsing at SOS studio. Trying out a new guy on bass guitar, working once every two weeks to get him up to speed.
Meanwhile, back at the 'Crtpt- we have asked Andrew(Yo! Scunt) to perform with us at Hill Tap Tavern on the 7th. A new song or two may debut this night!
...And of course all the Madness and a new banner you would and can expect from Seizure Crypt.

A great day. An extremely HOT and HUMID day. And Father’s Day.
Thanks to all the bands that made the trek to the island. Some hailing from Austria?! And France??? Huge “thank yous” to Slug http://www.myspace.com/mmnypunkisland for putting it all together. Something like eighteen stages running at the same time spread throughout the island.
Over at Seizure Crypt’s area was Mike SOS http://www.sosnyc.com , Tom Madness, and Ted(Olde York) http://www.oldeyorknyhc.com running the bands. (Straphangers, Caught in a Trap, Olde York, Bloodbeat, Endangered Feces, Trauma Team 666, Yo! Scunt, Dealin’ With It, Iconocide) At the next-door stage Phil (The Blame) http://www.myspace.com/yourtheblame was in charge. (Blackout Shoppers, Sexual Suicide, Skum City) Also, Dave Blood with Adrenalin Head Productions http://www.myspace.com/adrenalineheadproductions was promoting THE CHOKE HOLD PODCAST (every Thursday @ 9PM est- http://www.AdrenalinHead72.Podomatic.com) Together these guys made it so the “music NEVER stops”-Chris (Iconicide). It was one band after another assaulting you aurally, visually, and occasionally physically…

05/11/2010 - People, People, People...Hold up a minute! We are still looking to secure the bass guitar player of this band as of this post. Punk Island is on the horizon, and we still get A- for rehearsal. New tunes are workin' and the sound is advancin'. With out bass guitar for the moment...then again who needs a bass guitarist when you have the Nazz? And Mike hummin' the bass lines in the PA. And Tommy directin' changes with a beer bottle. Who the fuck plays this kind of set anyway?!

03/30/2010 - Performed at Don Pedro’s two nights ago, a show put together by Christine of Skum City. It was called “Welcome to Our Nightmare 3”…A comedian, a folk singer, and a lot of maniacal hardcore bands…home made cookies too!!!

They will perform six (or so) tunes with us at Don Pedro's in Williamsburg. Rehearsals are ensuing and going well. These guys are great players. Thanks Dave! Thanks Jay!

Greeting folks-
Forgive us- we've been out of touch for a while (and out of step with the world…as usual)
We are sad to report that both Bishop Nazz and Bro-Town (guitarist and bassist, respectively) have decided to leave the fold. Bishop has been assigned to a top-secret government mission while Bro-Town has refocused his endless quest to single-handedly rebuild all of Suffolk County's dilapidations. We will miss them terribly and thank them for their awesome musicianship and stellar camaraderie. We wish both of our brethren well in their future endeavors!
We have also commenced on revamping this website- (www.seizurecrypt.com) let your fingers do the walkin' and check it out, man!
Which leads us to…well...we're looking for new members. Look for a forthcoming detailed advertisement soon. In the interim, Madness, SOS, and Douglas Williamson have burrowed themselves deep in the recesses of the SOS HQ to hammer out another piece of crossover chaos. Stay tuned for updates and all that jazz.
